1. How to order goods?
You will order the goods through this website.
Select your language and payment menu in which you want to purchase. Insert the goods to the cart, continue to the cash box, fill in your contact data and confirm order.
2. How to pay an order?
You can pay an order through the PAYPAL payment system or the GOPAY payment gateway. In some countries is able cash on delivery.
If this option is available in your country, the system will automatically offer it with your order confirmation in the form of payment.
3. Who and when will deliver me the goods?
The goods will be delivered to you by DHL Courier Company, or its delivery partners, which are all around the world.
After sending the goods will be sent you a tracking number on your address, through which you can track where your consignment is located.
4. What if I am not satisfied with the goods?
In case that you are not satisfied with the goods, you can send it back to any of our addresses. Their overview can be found HERE.
Money will usually be refunded within 14 days of delivery from the collection depot. Send this claim FORM filled together with the goods.
